Cause

This error can be caused if you are unable to transmit via HTTPS.  Some firewalls may block HTTPS.  Check with your technical staff for more information.

Resolution

Workaround

If you are unable to resolve the problem, you may transmit via HTTP instead.

More Information

If you reinstall the program, the original (HTTPS) file will be installed.  Therefore, you may have to complete this process again to transmit.
